Account Overview
Your Convertex account is the central hub for managing your profile, subscriptions, projects, and conversion history. This section covers everything related to your account settings and billing.
Creating an Account
You can sign up for Convertex in two ways:
- Email and password — Create an account with your email address and choose a password.
- Google OAuth — Sign in with your Google account for a faster, passwordless setup.
Both methods give you full access to Convertex. If you sign up with Google, you can later add a password in your account settings if you want the option to log in either way.
Account Dashboard
Once logged in, your account dashboard displays:
- Current plan — Your active subscription (Free, Starter, Pro, or Team) with a summary of included features.
- Conversion usage — How many conversions you have used this billing period out of your plan's monthly limit.
- Billing date — When your monthly conversion counter resets and your next billing date.
- Projects — A quick view of your active projects (Starter plan and above).
Profile Settings
In your account settings, you can:
- Update your name displayed across the platform.
- Change your email address associated with your account.
- Update your password (if using email/password authentication).
- Manage your connected Google account (if using Google OAuth).
Your email address is used for account recovery, billing receipts, and important notifications. Make sure it stays up to date.
Bug Reports
Found something not working as expected? You can submit bug reports directly from the Convertex editor. Click the bug report button in the toolbar to describe the issue, and our team will investigate.
